We install the SmartHub
A small appliance, configured for your site before it arrives, plugs into your network and power. It connects out to the platform and nothing connects in: no ports to open, no VPN, no change to your firewall.

It finds your cameras
Within minutes the SmartHub finds the cameras on the network and brings them into your site with their own analytics flowing. Axis, Avigilon and any ONVIF camera; cameras without analytics get detection from the hub.

Your operators see the site
The console shows the site live: a camera grid from one to sixteen panels, a map with every site and responder, and saved views for the way your team likes to watch. Every camera shows whether it is online, minute by minute.

Your wall shows it too
Any screen in your control room becomes a display: pair it with a code, then send it a saved view or the map from a desk. The wall changes while you are still looking at it, with nobody sitting at it.

Live view
Sub-second video from any camera, straight from the site. When your operator is on the site network the picture never leaves the building; from anywhere else the platform brings it to them.
The video wall
Saved views (a camera grid, live or stills, or the map) sent to paired displays. A supervisor changes what a wall shows from a desk; the display follows the view, so it updates when the view does.
Patrols
Virtual guard tours on a schedule, run by an operator with live video and instructions at each checkpoint, or unattended by the video agent, with a captured frame as proof of every stop.
Alarms, judged
Every alarm arrives with a one-line account of what happened, an AI rating from critical to false, the snapshot and the clip, and one key per next step.
Talk-down and response
Speak through a camera or a network speaker, play a recorded message, run a response playbook, and dispatch and follow a responder on the map.
On call from a phone
Alarms that break through silent mode, live video and talk-down, arming and disarming, from the iOS and Android app.

No continuous recording
The SmartHub keeps a short rolling buffer per camera and saves a clip, with the seconds before, only when analytics fire or an incident is open. There is no tape to store, search or defend.
Evidence you can hand over
Every snapshot and clip carries a hash and a custody trail. An incident becomes one package: the clips, the alarms with their accounts, who did what and who was told.
Archive by site
Clips stay at the site by default and can be copied to cloud storage for the sites and retention you choose.
