Security across every property.
Every building, garage and common area in one console: doors that follow each property’s schedule, warnings on site after hours, patrols across the portfolio, and alarms on the manager’s phone. Vallaris installs it, and cameras where you need them.

Why a portfolio is hard to watch.
Many buildings, one team
A property team looks after dozens of buildings, each with its own doors, cameras and quirks.
Packages and common areas
Mail rooms, lobbies and garages are shared by everyone, which makes them easy targets.
Residents expect answers
When something goes missing, residents want to know what happened, and the footage is hard to find.
A day at an apartment building with Vallaris.
- 5:00 AM
The gym opens
The fitness room door follows its own hours, separate from the lobby and the pool.
- 1:00 PM
A party in the clubhouse
A special event in the schedule keeps the clubhouse door open until 11 PM, just for that day.
- 11:00 PM
The common doors lock
The lobby and amenity doors lock on schedule; residents get in with their cards.
- 3:05 AM
Someone in the package room
SentryIQ looks at the picture first and lets it through: one person reading labels and lifting parcels. The operator speaks through the speaker and the person puts the parcel back.
- 4:00 AM
A round of every property
Circitor checks lobbies, garages and gates across the portfolio, with a picture from each.
- 8:00 AM
The manager is up to date
The night’s alarms, clips and what was done are on the property manager’s phone.

A person in a dark hooded jacket lifted a parcel from a shelf in the package room at 3:05 AM.
I am not sure what this is: it could be a resident collecting a parcel, but it is 3 AM and they are reading several labels.

What Vallaris does across a portfolio.
Sites you add as you go
Start with one building and add properties; each appears in the same console with its own floor plan.
Doors on a schedule
Common doors unlock and lock on business hours, holidays and events.
A warning on site
Speak through a camera or a network speaker, or play a recorded warning with a strobe.
Patrols with proof
Circitor runs rounds across properties and keeps a picture of every checkpoint.

Search what cameras saw by person or vehicle, and export the clip with its fingerprint.
On call from a phone
Alarms, live video, talk-down and doors from the iOS and Android app.
What property teams ask us.
Do we need new cameras?
No. Vallaris works with the Axis, Avigilon and other ONVIF cameras you already have. Where there are gaps, we install Axis cameras.
Can each building keep its own schedule?
Yes. With Axis or Genea access control (more manufacturers are coming), each property, and each door, follows its own hours, holidays and events.
Can we add properties later?
Yes. Each new property gets a SmartHub and appears in the same console.
Can a manager see only their buildings?
Yes. Access is set per person and per site, in the console and the phone app.
Does IT have to open the firewall?
No. The SmartHub at each property only connects out, so no ports are opened and no firewall rules change.
Every kind of site, one console.
See it on one of your sites.
Bring one building. We will show you the alarm, the patrol and the record it leaves.
